Cold Water Turbine Meters

Have a high volume application that requires a high degree of accuracy with low maintenance features? Quantrol has a family of meters for you. Our cold water turbine meters are in stock in sizes from 2” to 8.” Larger sizes up to 16″ are available. Turbine meters provide +/- 2% accuracy at flow rates from 2 GPM all the way up to 2240 GPM and 232 psi at temperatures from 35 to 104°F and pressures to 232 psi. Our turbine meters are all available in totalizing and electric contact configurations so that you can run your other process equipment (valves, timers, controllers and chemical pumps) directly from our turbine meter.

Hot Water Turbine Meters

Have a hot water, high volume application that requires a high degree of accuracy with low maintenance features?

Quantrol has a family of meters for you. Our hot water turbine meters are available in sizes from 3/4” to 6”, with larger sizes available upon request.

The meters have a temperature rating of 250 °F. These turbine meters provide +/- 2% accuracy at flow rates from 1 GPM all the way up to 2,500 GPM.

Our turbine meters are all available in totalizing and electric contact configurations so that you can run your other process equipment (valves, timers, controllers and chemical pumps) directly from our turbine meter.

• Threaded connections 1/2"-1.5". ANSI flanges provided for 2"-6"
• Optional CAR-LOGGER available for 4-20mA output
• Accuracy +/- 2% of flow rate
• Temperature range 32-250F Pressure to 232 PSI
• Available in totalizing and electrical contacting models
• Hot water turbines from 3/4"-6". Larger sizes available up to 20"
